Enjoying gin, like any alcohol, should be done responsibly. These cocktails have been developed with friends over a number of years and in many cases the environment or a particular event sparked the idea that created the drink. Each cocktail required a bit of experimenting but the aim has been to make the gin compliment the ingredients and the ingredients to bring out the best in Pentland Hills Gin

The trick is always to try the cocktail and not be afarid to vary the recipe if you think something else might help or you just dont have the right ingredients to hand. I had some great fun pulling these together and more will come. The AllyPanza was created over Skpe! My great freind Ally and I were having a ""virtual happy hour"" and this brilliant little number emerged after half an hour.
